"It’s been several years since REALTOR® associations started experimenting with text message programs, and, by most accounts, it has been working well. Important safety and MLS outage alerts reach members faster than email and quick event reminders keep attendance up. Dues payment text notices linking to online payment methods have reduced late payments, and texts to associations from members are surpassing phone calls in some cases."
You can also text back to our dedicated toll free numbers (833) 662-3601 and (575) 519-6115. Texts are reviewed during office hours. This texting service is being utilized with Textedly.com.

The Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS® and MLS is offering a mobile messaging program subject to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions. Members that opt into the program can expect to receive messages concerning membership, special events, reminders and alerts.
You must be 18 years or older in order to participate. By affirmatively signing-up for Silver City Regional text messages, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your consent to these terms and conditions includes authorization for Silver City Regional to deliver autodialed mobile messages, and you understand that your consent is not in any way required as a condition of membership in Silver City Regional.
Although Silver City Regional does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages, you may be charged by your carrier depending upon your message and data rate plan. You are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur.
Message and data rates may apply. By subscribing, you agree to receive text messages from the Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS and MLS. SCRAR anticipates sending out 2 messages per month about membership activities. Text HELP to be connected to our support team. Text STOP to unsubscribe from messages at any time.
Once you enroll, the frequency of text alerts Silver City Regional sends to you will vary, though you will not receive more than five messages a month, based on your preferences.
You may opt out of Silver City Regional text alerts at any time.
Any new features, changes, updates or improvements of the program shall be subject to these terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Any updates to these terms will be communicated to you. By continuing to participate in the program after any such changes, you accept these terms as modified.
