With RPR View™, Silver City Regional MLS has expanded its reach of active listings across the country since June 2023. This strategic move has increased SCRMLS listing visibility so that all REALTORS® may see them, leading to more national referral and sales opportunities.
Utilizing RPR for our data share and opting to share MLS data with other REALTOR® members who do not subscribe to SCRMLS is a reflection of our dedication to making sure that all REALTOR® members have access to the world's largest, fairest, and most transparent residential real estate market.
RPR View™––the nation’s largest listing data share initiative offered through an agent’s MLS subscription to Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®)––offers agents access to listings from MLSs outside their coverage area, including on- and off-market properties.
Technically speaking, RPR View is a set of display permissions that allow partner MLSs to make listings viewable by REALTORS® in other markets.
Sharing options
MLSs can choose to share all listings, some listings, or none at all. They can also specify which types of data to share, such as on-market, off-market, or additional information.
Control
MLSs have complete control over who can view their listings and what they see. They can also choose their own fields to comply with local business rules.
Security
RPR View uses robust security measures to ensure that MLS data is shared responsibly and confidentially.
Cost
RPR View is included as a member benefit of the National Association of REALTORS® and is free to use.
To empower its members, RPR has created a “new view for RPR View,” a fully transparent display of every MLS that has agreed to share its data across a REALTOR®’s home state and even across the nation, including which types of data are being shared: on market, off market, additional info and covered counties.
To see which MLSs share data with you, you can log into RPR (narrpr.com):
Go to your Profile Menu and select Profile
Click the link beneath your MLS info that says Listing Data Access
A box will open that allows you to see what MLSs share their data with you
You can also use the column headings to sort by state and types of data shared.
