⌛Your 2nd Quarter MLS Invoice is now LIVE in the Member Portal!⌛
You must log in to the portal to view and pay your invoice. Invoices will not be emailed out. Payment is due by April 15 to avoid a late fee. If you previously had a credit card on file, it has been turned off, and you will use the procedures below.
Log in with your username (NRDS/M1#) and your password (first letter of last name capitalized). Example: Username: 626000000 | Password: Smith

(Autopay debits your payment on the invoice due date.)
SCRMLS invoices will be available in the portal on Dec 15, Mar 15, June 15, and Sept 15
Due dates are Jan 15, April 15, July 15, and Oct 15
If invoices are not paid in the portal by the due date, a late fee of $50 will be assessed.
MLS Participants will be able to see invoices in the portal for their subscriber brokers.
