About the Course: A New Mexico Real Estate Broker needs to have an understanding that the manufactured home transaction is unlike a site-built home transaction. The concept of “once a manufactured home, always a manufactured home” needs to be in the mind of the broker. Understanding the different processes: manufactured home titling, manufactured homes as real property and lender considerations allows the broker to set the right expectations with the seller and buyer. These expectations begin at the listing and continue through the signing of the contract and eventual closing of the transaction.
