NMAR Ombuds Program Training - April 2024

Do you naturally & comfortably help others who are having a dispute? Do people come to you when they are having a ‘problem’? Are you able to see the perspective of all parties involved in an issue? If so, you are already a natural conflict-resolver and would make an outstanding Ombuds for your REALTOR® family!


WILL YOU PLEASE CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING YOUR SKILLS AND TIME TO THIS OUTSTANDING PROGRAM?

NMAR is offering the training that will improve your communication and neutral facilitation skills, helping others to salvage relationships and proactively get issues resolved before they become formal complaints or lawsuits. That’s what we call win-win outcomes!


This class is for who want to serve as a volunteer Ombuds for NMAR and is specialized training (not approved for NMREC CE’s.)
